2024 Jarjum Soar

There is only two weeks to go until the Western Shores Learning Alliance (WSLA) Aboriginal Education team is holding our annual cultural event ‘Jarjum Soar’ meaning ‘children soar’ with the eagle representing our Awabakal language.

This event is for our Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students in years 4 - 8 with the aim to build the cultural knowledge and understanding of all students within our community of schools.

This year the activities will be at Morisset Public School and Morisset High School with students attending from all the WSLA schools.
