Student Leadership 2020

Following staff and student evaluation we will not be using Parliament to drive student leadership in 2020. Current strengths will be transferred to sit alongside the new student leadership system. The student Leadership Team will consist of two School Captains for Year 6, three Expectations Leaders from Year 6 and six House Captains (two from each house Pulbah, Macquarie and Watagan) from Year 5 or 6. Together they will work as a team throughout the year with Executive staff.

The leadership process will be reviewed throughout 2020. The full drafted document is attached below and we welcome any further feedback from parents and community. 

Yesterday, students from Year 4 and 5 were briefed about the changes and similarities. Afterwards, over 98% were in favour of the new system.

Nominations for 2020 positions are now open and need to be submitted by Wednesday November 20 2019.
